FAQ's

Does it work from the first listen?

Self hypnosis relies on repetition. For some people it can work immediately from the first session, for others it may take a while. Everybody is different, but the more you listen to it, the more effective it will be

How often should I listen?

You can listen as often as you would like; however, for the best results listen once a day for at least 10 days

Is it safe?

Yes, its very safe unless you suffer from Epilepsy (if that's the case please DO NOT use hypnosis audios) . You won't be forced to do anything against your will. Please be aware that you should NEVER listen to these audios when driving or operating machinery. It is also not a replacement for medical advice so if you have any mental health issues please speak to a medical professional.

How long are the sessions?

They vary between 20 and 30 minutes

What happens if I fall asleep?

It's normal, many people do; it's still effective so there's no need to worry

Can I eat and drink beforehand?

It's better not to consume any food or alcohol, or do anything that would elevate your heart rate, 2 hours before your session. Avoid caffeine and any strenuous exercise 3 hours before you start your session if possible.

Do the audios contain music?

Yes they do, and very soon I will add them without music too. If you would like the non music version before they are availalble online please let me know
